Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb flour
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1/4 lb sugar
- 1 or 2 eggs
- Raspberry Jam
Method:
- Rub the butter and flour. Add sugar and eggs.
- Roll out thinly and cut into circles.
- Put a bit of Jam on the side of the dough. Fold in half and press until secure.
- Repeat.
- Place on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes
